Consuella Carter is a passionate advocate for Early Childhood Education (ECE) with a rich background in teaching and mentoring ECE practitioners. As the Director of Professional Learning at Educational Training Services, LLC, she creates and facilitates interactive courses that blend ECE theories with Adult Learning principles. Consuella is a member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children and the Georgia Association for the Education of Young Children, where she leads the Equity Fellowship Program. With multiple degrees in early childhood education, including Augusta Tech, and a Ph.D. in progress, she focuses on empowering educators to advocate for positive change in their communities. Her focus is educating others to enhance their knowledge and become positive advocates for change in the communities they serve. "Be the joy you seek from others” is Consuella’s motto. Consuella's journey began at Augusta Technical College, which she attributes to instilling the work ethic that has propelled her career forward.
