Maria Hernandez Cook is a dedicated public servant with over a decade of experience in government, media, and public administration. As an Outreach Representative in the U.S. Senate, Maria connects with constituents and supports legislative initiatives, ensuring community voices are heard. She also hosts the M.A.D. Women Movement—Moving Ahead with Determination Podcast, where she shares inspiring stories of resilience. Before her current role, Maria was the Civic Engagement Manager in the Office of Mayor Hardie Davis, Jr. in Augusta, Georgia. Maria holds a Master of Public Administration from South University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Brenau University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Augusta Technical College.
